The new regulation with further fragrance allergens listed in the INCI list of labels will most likely be published in the first quarter of 2022. In order to be prepared CEN now has published a method for the quantification of an extended list of 57 suspected allergens in ready to inject fragrance materials by gas chromatography mass spectrometry. The analytes covered by this procedure are based on the contents of Tables 13.1 and 13.2 in the SCCS 1459/11 opinion document and are listed in the legislation proposed by the European Commission. Die neue Verordnung mit weiteren Duftstoffallergenen, die in der INCI-Labelliste gelistet sind, wird voraussichtlich im ersten Quartal 2022 veröffentlicht. Zur Vorbereitung hat CEN nun eine Methode zur Quantifizierung einer erweiterten Liste von 57 Allergen-Verdachtslisten veröffentlicht um Duftstoffe durch Gaschromatographie-Massenspektrometrie zu injizieren. Die von diesem Verfahren erfassten Analyten basieren auf den Inhalten der Tabellen 13.1 und 13.2 des SCCS 1459/11-Gutachtens und sind in den von der Europäischen Kommission vorgeschlagenen Rechtsvorschriften aufgeführt. Die Methode wurde auf IFRA- und CEN-Ebene validiert und ist hier verfügbar.
